Thanks Apple for the amazing tech support! They immediately repaired the cracks on the palm rest and even repaired some of the hardware even though I didn't ask them to. ;o Even the keyboard and track pad are new! And I swear to God they've transformed my macbook into a ninja, I can't hear a damn noise coming from it.
